Paul Becker has become one of the most sought after choreographers in the industry today. His recent appointment as judge and choreographer on So You Think You Can Dance Canada is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Paul's talent and numerous credits.
Known as the "Hit Man" choreographer for film and television, Paul has such films as: Code Name: The Cleaner, Are We Done Yet, The Wicker Man, RV, Totally Awesome, Are We There Yet, and The Muppets Wizard of Oz. Along side Kenny Ortega, Paul has been well noted for his work with the mega hit band The Jonas Brothers. | Paul Becker was born in Victoria, BC on July 5, 1979. After high school, Paul Becker moved to Las Vegas and worked in his first job as a dancer behind Wayne Newton. He moved back to Vancouver and scored a role in the movie "Josie and the Pussycats". Shortly after, he relocated to Toronto and appeared in the movie "Chicago" where he met his wife Vicky Lambert. They both have a 4-year old daughter and live in New York City. His icon is Gene Kelly and you just might see him play his icon in the near future. |
